Put up to seven attacking players moving around the “holding zone A” and five defenders in the other zone.
When you shout “go”, they turn and look for spaces between the advancing defenders in the “minefield”.
The defenders run straight forwards with their arms outspread. They may only run a straight line.
Attackers have five seconds to get to the other end of the box into “holding zone B”. They dodge and avoid running into, or being touched, by the defenders. Attackers can change direction as often as they want.
Defenders should start by jogging only.
