Mix up game situations so players must react to the different scenarios quickly. Change scenarios when the game is dynamic, not when the pace has dropped.
This game focuses on moving players around different parts of the field and between different situations. Listen particularly for communication as players move from one area to another.
Use an equal number of players, minimum 5v5. Mark out three areas: a 10m square, a 20m square and a 30m square. Use three balls, one for each area.
